re June 2 show: Mike Pesca disparaged the French adoption of Mary Pierce as "French", when her Frenchosity is somewhat limited. I would point out that she does speak French, and much better now than when she first appeared on the tennis scene. More important, for the French, Pierce is French only when she wins. When she loses, she is American.
