She was in. Then she was out. Now she's back in.
Christine O'Donnell, the Tea Party favorite from Delaware who kept then-Rep. Mike Castle from being the Republican nominee for Senate last year and then went on to lose the November election to Democrat Chris Coons, will be among the speakers Saturday at a Sarah Palin/Tea Party rally in Indianola, Iowa.
Delaware's News Journal says that after word spread in the past day or so that O'Donnell had been uninvited, "Tea Party leaders had a change of heart."
O'Donnell writes on her Twitter page that she has "humbly re-accepted the re-invitation to speak."
Now that the O'Donnell angle to the event is settled, we can add this bit of news: Palin, as first reported by The Iowa Republican, will follow her appearance in Iowa on Saturday with a trip to New Hampshire.
Palin, the 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee, still hasn't said whether she is or isn't going to run for president in 2012.
