With all these reports that the feds are endlessly courting foreign banks to invest in former Wall Street stars such as Morgan Stanley, I've wondered who really does have a good banking system these days. Who can actually show us the money?
Turns out our neighbors to the north are in the best shape, followed by Sweden and Australia. Also more stable than the U.S.: Namibia, Malta, Estonia and Barbados.
