• The big story today, which you have probably heard, is that the late-night drama is finally coming to a close for now, until we see where Conan goes next.
• Arts funding would take a large hit in the new proposed budget for New York. How large? Close to $10 million.
• The news is not good from Blockbuster as concerns its recent performance. Apparently, schlepping your DVDs back and forth to the store isn't the thrill it used to be.
• News that won't die: Hulu may start charging for some of its content. I think this headline was first scratched on cave walls using dinosaur bones.
• David Hasselhoff is getting his own reality show. Not exactly the kind of help you might be thinking he needs, but ... okay.
• NBC, currently suffering from scheduling holes all over the place thanks to the Leno debacle, has ordered more of a bunch of its shows, including Thursday favorites (well, my favorites) Community and Parks And Recreation.
