Those of you who know what I mean when I say "I am sentimentally attached to Duke, but that doesn't mean I didn't hate Christian Laettner's hair" will undoubtedly be tuning in for NCAA Basketball (7:00 p.m., CBS) this evening. Regional semifinals!

All four NBC comedies have new episodes tonight: Community (8:00 p.m.), Parks and Recreation (8:30 p.m.), The Office (9:00 p.m.), and 30 Rock (9:30 p.m.). I am most excited, personally, about 30 Rock, because Floyd (Jason Sudeikis) — basically the only great guy Liz ever dated who she wasn't related to — is returning. FLOYD!

Even if I watched The Vampire Diaries (8:00 p.m., CW), which I don't, I wouldn't watch it tonight, because I am vamped out, to say the least. But for those who do, it's on tonight, followed by a new Supernatural (9:00 p.m., CW).

Grey's Anatomy (9:00 p.m., ABC) will ... let's see ... feature a medical dilemma that closely mirrors a personal problem of one of the doctors. Am I close?

Are you watching this season of Project Runway (10:00 p.m., Lifetime)? To my surprise, I actually am, and I've been enjoying it, mostly, which is a huge improvement from last season, which did not need to be watched by anyone for any reason.
