ABC has picked up an additional handful of episodes of Shark Tank, the show where inventors face a group of investors — sometimes learning that they have a great idea, and sometimes learning that they have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of their own money developing something that can be shot down in a single sentence. It's sort of tragicomically riveting.
Emma Thompson has set off a little dust-up by making some unflattering comments about Audrey Hepburn. Contrasting takes on her position on the matter here and here.
Reese Witherspoon is on tap to play Peggy Lee, written and directed by Nora Ephron. We'll have to sit with this one a while, but as the Guardian points out, Witherspoon certainly had great success playing June Carter Cash.
