Jason Polan is on a mission to draw every person in New York.
"If you would like to increase the chances of a portrait of YOU appearing on this blog please email me," his website reads, "a street corner or other public place that you will be standing at for a duration of two minutes (I will be on the corner of 14th street and 8th avenue on the North-east corner of the street from 2:42-2:44pm this Thursday wearing a bright yellow jacket and navy rubber boots, for example)."
The most recent person on his drawing blog is of The Sartorialist, another street portraitist. He draws whomever, wherever, whenever. "When the project is completed," his introduction continues, "we will all have a get-together."

I asked him if he would draw my brother, who lives in New York. To which he kindly responded: "I will be on the lookout for your brother."
It shouldn't be too hard to find him, I think.
