Republicans now have 41. The President is bipartisan, except when he's not. Illinois voters have spoken; we just don't know what they said. Ted Deutch (D-FL) is in, soon. So is John Boozman (R-AR), soon. And we'll hear from Sarah Palin (Tea Party-Earth), soon.
