As of 3:14am EST, NPR has yet to project a winner in the Presidential voting in North Carolina or Missouri; we're still awaiting more information from the Senate contests in Oregon, Minnesota, Alaska, and Georgia; and the Democrats have gained a net of 13 House seats.
