It seems like every time you flip on the radio or pick up a paper these days someone new is offering an apology for stepping out of line, saying the wrong thing, or dissing a colleague. So today we've got Ask Amy's Amy Dickinson on to advise us on apologies big and small. Do you need help seeing your way through a particularly sticky apology?
