How do people with no money for private services deal with a not so good school district? My grandson is in Portland Oregon, about to start kindergarten, and my daughter was told that he could have 4 hours a year!! of OT. He is very high functioning but has aggression issues and the triggers are very hard to determine.
He needs so much more help than he has had so far except from one excellent teacher for only the last few months of pre-school.The one before that was using inappropriate behavior modifications that didn't work.
