According to Ronald Kessler, author of The Terrorist Watch: Inside The Desperate Race To Stop The Next Attack, it is remarkable that there hasn't been another major terrorist attack on American soil since Sept. 11. In his new book, Kessler focuses on how the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Counterterrorism Center have averted bombings, bioterrorism, and more.
