Annual TOTN Obit Show
On our fifth annual obit show, we remember those who may not have made the front pages when they died, but whose lives made an impact. Host Neal Conan talks with NPR arts reporter Neda Ulaby, NPR's Jersalem bureau chief and Tell Me More host Michel Martin about their memories of individuals who died this year.

Youth Look Ahead to 2011
It's been a tough year all around for young people.  Cuts in education funding, rising tuition, and youth unemployment levels are the worst on record since we started keeping track in 1948. Signs of economic progress are on the horizon, but many young people will have important decisions to make about where to live, what to do, and where to study that can't be put on hold any longer.  Host Neal Conan speaks with experts about the outlook for America's youth.

What Changed in 2010 for White People
America ends the decade with its first black president, and census numbers have revealed that the country isn't so black-and-white anymore.   Hispanics and Asians are increasing in numbers compared to an aging white population.  Yet whites- men in particular-  are fairing better financially and socially than any other group. Today host Neal Conan talks with historian Douglas Brinkley on what's shaking up the status quo.
