Briefing reporters just moments ago, a spokesman for the coroner's office in Los Angeles just said the "likelihood is slim" that his office will have more than preliminary results to report today on its autopsy of pop music icon Michael Jackson, who died Thursday.
Lt. Ed Winter also said it could take six to eight weeks for toxicology tests to be completed.
The autopsy is set to begin any minute now.
