The late pop superstar Michael Jackson's 2002 last will was filed with a Los Angeles County probate court. As has been reported, Jackson directed that his mother, Katherine Jackson, become the guardian of his children if they were minors at the time of this death.
But if she proves unable to serve as guardian, the will directs that pop music diva Diana Ross be the guardian.
