Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is back at work this afternoon, the Associated Press reports. The 76-year-old justice spent the night at Washington Hospital Center after becoming light-headed Thursday afternoon following an infusion of iron sucrose. She was being treated for an iron deficiency anemia.
Ginsburg had surgery for pancreatic cancer in February.
