Seeing some gaps in the e-mails on your BlackBerry this morning?

"North and South American users of Research in Motion Ltd's BlackBerry smartphone suffered widespread delays in message services on Tuesday, just a week after another outage struck the popular corporate network," Reuters writes.

The Associated Press reports the company said "its technicians are working to resolve e-mail messaging delays on its Blackberry smart phones in North and South America."

Earlier this morning from Toronto, Dan Karpenchuk reported for NPR News that RiM couldn't give a timeline for when everything would be back to normal:

But things may already be getting better. As you might imagine, there's quite a bit of discussion about this on Twitter. And many folks are tweeting that their service seems to have been restored.
