The president of the United States — also known as the commander in chief — goes to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point to deliver an address to the nation and MSNBC's Chris Matthews refers to it as visting the "enemy camp."

Later in his show last night, Matthews said he might have used the "wrong phrase."

You think?

Crooks and Liars calls Matthews' "enemy state" quip "possibly the stupidest comment of the night."

If there was something stupider said by one of the TV pundits last night, we shudder to think what it could have been.
