After three hours of debate, members of the South Carolina House Judicial Committee voted unanimously today to rebuke Republican Gov. Mark Sanford for abandoning his duties during a five-day trip to Argentina in June to see his then-mistress, The State reports.

Last week, Sanford's wife Jenny announced she is filing for divorce.
