Thousands of U-S veterans from the Afghan and Iraq wars who've been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome could receive larger disability checks from the government. NPR'S Daniel Zwerdling says the federal government has settled a lawsuit with The National Veterans Legal Services Program and is mailing letters to some veterans to explain:
