"Punxsutawney Phil" -- the groundhog who supposedly knows something about the weather -- just "saw" his shadow and declared there will be six more weeks of winter.

There's a live webcast here of the doings this morning in Punxsutawney, Pa., where "Phil" the groundhog is about to be brought out of his "hole" to tell us all how much longer winter will continue.
The big moment is supposed to come around 7:15 a.m. ET or so.
Yes, if there's a "shadow," that's supposed to mean six more weeks of winter.
And, yes, some animal rights advocates do have a problem with all this.
