When an old friend — who grew up in Buffalo! — writes on Facebook that he's beginning to feel like Jack Nicholson in The Shining because he's been cooped up so long here in Northern Virginia, that tells me that this winter's weather is getting to folks.
Blizzards in the Midwest and East. Cold snaps in the South. Rain and mudslides in the West.
