Newly indicted Roger Clemens could have trouble finding a sympathetic jury anywhere in the nation, judging from ESPN.com's SportsNation web poll. (Unscientific, I know but the seven-time Cy Young Award winner's legal team may not want to take much comfort from that.)

Asked "What is your reaction to federal authorities deciding to indict Roger Clemens for making false statements to Congress?" with more than 50,000 votes, the web poll indicates that 51 percent of respondents clicked on "I'm for it."

Only 12 percent clicked on "I'm against it."

The best news for the retired superstar pitcher was that 37 percent clicked on "I don't care either way."
