Flooding killed at least three people in Tennessee and a fourth in Ohio after powerful storms muscled through the Midwest. The The AP reports the Blanchard River crested more than five feet above flood stage in Findlay, Ohio; the National Weather Service is keeping an eye on several rivers, there including Blanchard, the Ohio and the Chagin.
