Search Continues For Joplin Victims; Storms Hit Georgia, Vermont

The death toll from Sunday's tornado in Joplin, Mo, is 126, according to the Joplin Globe. As Mark wrote, Missouri officials have compiled a list of 232 people who are unaccounted for; one person has been found safe.

Deadly storms hit Atlanta, Georgia, killing three people on Thursday; the danger isn't over. The Atlanta Journal Constitution says there's a flash flood warning for the region after three inches of rain fell overnight.

There's flash flooding in Vermont today, following torrential rain and tornado warnings late last night. The Burlington Free Press says scores of people have evacuated in three cities, while National Weather Service warns thunderstorms will redevelop in the area today.

Accused Bosnian Serb war criminal Ratko Mladic is scheduled to return to court in Belgrade today. CBS reports he'll attend a hearing on his proposed extradition to the UN war crimes tribunal to face genocide charges.

The NBA Finals are set: The Miami Heat shocked the Chicago Bulls last night 83 to 80 in Chicago to reach the championship games. Now the Heat will take on the Dallas Mavericks next Tuesday in Dallas; the Miami Herald warns it's a rematch from 2006 when Miami broke the Mavericks' hearts.
