So as to not confuse this one with the many, non-tutu-wearing aliens wandering about Winchester.

This headline, while excellent, leaves out a few things. One, the alien was also wearing ballet slippers. Two, it walked like a penguin. Three, it was spotted by a town councillor. He says he regrets not having the courage to talk to her.
