Beware, this man may be a cereal killer.

A little while back we dug up a story about a woman who sued the Quaker Oats Company after learning "Crunch Berries" are not real fruit but actually "colorful cereal balls."

Turns out this isn't just a one-person phenomenon, but a two-person phenomenon, because now a guy in San Francisco is suing Kellogg's for misleading him about "Froot." For years he's been buying Froot Loops intending to get his daily serving of fruit, and has instead been getting his daily serving of neon-colored cardboard something.

Ultimately this didn't make the show because we forgot about it, until today, which is probably a sign.
