Po the viper enjoys sarcasm and smoking.

Po, this hilarious snake from Taipei, smokes at least two cigarettes a day. His owner is a pack-a-day smoker so it really makes sense Po took it up too - except he doesn't have any arms and is a snake.

Even though this story is completely impossible, we'll forgive the Metro because the achievement in photojournalism more than makes up for it.
