We're on a plane to Alaska to do the show from Fairbanks. Since Continental refuses to serve all passengers fried airline peanuts on a doughnut bun (despite my many requests), no Sandwich Monday today. The good news: every week we don't do Sandwich Monday is a week added on to the end of our lives.
