It's No Contest For Herbert In Utah

Gary Herbert (R), who became governor in August 2009 when Jon Huntsman (R) became ambassador to China, is seeking election.

This is a special election, necessitated by Huntsman's resignation last year. But it's no contest. Herbert, who has taken far more conservative positions than his predecessor, is light years ahead of his Democratic opponent, Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon.
