If you think soccer and samba when you hear "Brazil," well... in the case of Diogo Nogueira, you're not too far off. A former professional soccer player and current TV idol, the Brazilian singing sensation has already won a Latin Grammy for his tuneful take on the romantic style called samba-canção

For sure, Nogueira has got all the moves: His smooth set had all the theatricality of a television production, and included a shimmying, bespangled couple onstage, dancing the night away.

Set List
  • "Mineira / Samba Me Arere"
  • "Canto de Ossanha"
  • "Chega de Saudade"
  • "Que Maravilha"
  • "Madalena"
  • "El Cuarto de Tula"
  • "Tô Fazendo A Minha Parte"
  • "Malandro É Malandro, Mané É Mané"
  • "Sou Eu"
