KRCB-FM: Mouthful

From KRCB-FM

Mouthful, Smart Talk About Food, Wine, & Farming, Sunday evenings, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Hosted by Michele Anna Jordan. We like to think of Mouthful as a conversation around a dinner table, so pour yourself a glass of something odd and join us every Sunday evening, or listen on the go with our mobile app available at krcb.org, or at your leisure via iTunes. Our discussions with farmers, winemakers, cookbook authors, writers, photographers, filmmakers, nutritionists, chefs, restaurateurs, entrepreneurs, and environmentalists take unexpected, surprising, and delicious turns as we explore how we eat, drink, grow, and celebrate and food, and feed ourselves and each other. We take time to get to know our guests, we go beyond sound bites, and we look at food, wine, and agriculture in the larger context of our lives. We're sometimes political, always passionate, often lighthearted and occasionally silly. If you eat, you'll enjoy Mouthful, a four-time James Beard Award Nominee for Electronic Journalism.
