Spencer Abraham, U.S. Energy Secretary

U.S. Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham spoke at the National Press Club about the Energy Department's science programs. Before heading the department, Abraham served as a U.S. senator from Michigan from 1995 to 2001. Previous to serving the Senate, he co-chaired the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) from 1991 to 1993.
