Robert Kennedy, Jr. is senior council for the Natural Resources Defense Council. Kennedy spoke to the National Press Club about his opposition to President Bush’s environmental policies.
After serving as assistant district attorney in New York City, Kennedy has worked as an environmental lawyer, leading litigation against governments and companies to enforce compliance of the Clean Water Act. He attended Harvard University, the London School of Economics, and the University of Virginia Law School. He has a masters degree in environmental law from Pace University and serves as a professor at Pace University School of Law.
