The authors of the Sarbanes-Oxley corporate reform law spoke to the National Press Club about recent financial scandals and how to address them. Sen. Sarbanes is the ranking Democrat on the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee. Rep. Oxley is chairman of the House Committee on Financial Services.
