Anthony Romero, head of the ACLU, spoke about detainees at the U.S. prison camp in Guantanamo Bay. Romero says he is concerned that government actions following Sept. 11 are restricting all Americans' freedoms. "The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the real sources of our strength as a people," Romero said in his speech. "We should never give up or compromise what is essentially our most important advantage, one that fundamentally distinguishes us from the enemy."
