About the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center
David Shifrin, CMSLC Artistic Director and clarinetist Anne-Marie McDermott, piano Orion String Quartet, CMSLC Quartet-in-Residence Todd Phillips, violin Daniel Phillips, violin Steven Tenenbom, viola Timothy Eddy, cello The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center is the resident company at Lincoln Center devoted to the outstanding performance and creation of chamber music. Its pioneering structure -- eighteen distinguished Artist Members augmented by invited guest artists -- allows Artistic Director David Shifrin to present concerts of every instrumentation, style, and historical period. In addition to performances at CMS's Lincoln Center home, Alice Tully Hall, activities include national and international tours, and national broadcasts on television (Live from Lincoln Center) and radio.
