Finishing for Amelia
March 17, 1997 -- An American female pilot is attempting to go down in the history books starting today. Linda Finch is trying to finish Amelia Earhart's flight around the world. Earhart's journey, which ended in our death, began 60 years ago today. Finch takes off from Oakland, California in a plane almost identical to Earhart's.
