"It was a parking lot moment, actually ... when NPR ran the story of the explorer who was attacked by an angry elephant. The story was so real and vivid -- I was riveted to my seat as I wondered how in the world this guy escaped the elephant. Another member of his team came up from another area screaming -- the screams startled the elephant who left the man alone. As the story finished, it occurred to me that this was a definite 'NPR moment.'"
