We began our hike towards Elowah Falls in glorious, romantic fog (accompanied by the sound of the nearby highway). Evidently, had we not been treated to this deliciously drippy northwest view, we'd have been staring out on Mt. Adams (over on the Washington side of the mighty Columbia).
