| A Botanical Walk in the Woods |

Here's a ubiquitous scene during a Northwest spring: fat dollops of flowers from our big leaf maple, Acer macrophyllum. It's a bit messy as a garden plant, but man, do I ever love the look of this thing in the woods, along the highways and in my dreams.
