Nancy Wilson has hosted NPR's Jazz Profiles, radio's first and only documentary series, since its debut in 1996. An Emmy and Grammy Award winner, Wilson is a vocalist and all-around performer with over 49 years in the music business.
Legendary jazz pianist Marian McPartland has showcased the jazz world's greatest artists for the past 23 years as the host of NPR's longest-running and most widely carried jazz program, Marian McPartland's Piano Jazz. She is a legendary jazz musician, having spent more than 60 years in music, from her earliest job in a vaudeville show to her current schedule of performances, tours and show tapings.
Dee Dee Bridgewater is the jazz lover's ears and eyes as she takes radio listeners to jazz performance stages around the world each week on NPR's JazzSet. Long recognized as one of the finest and most versatile jazz singers of her generation, Dee Dee Bridgewater is known for her mesmerizing live performances. She joined NPR as the host of JazzSet in 2001.
