Beginning this weekend the Meridian International Center in Washington, D.C., will feature the works of 49 of Iran's finest artists. The exhibit will travel across the U.S. starting this fall.

The exhibit is a collaboration between Meridian and Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art. The result is a stunning collection of oils, watercolors, drawings, miniature paintings, and calligraphy, most created over the past 10 years.
