For more than 30 years, Armando Anthony "Chick" Corea has covered the musical spectrum by composing jazz, jazz-rock fusion, Latin jazz and classical music. He started playing the piano at age four, and grew up in a house where the music of Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Bud Powell and Lester Young was a constant.
