HoZac Records, the up-and-coming, two-man record label out of Chicago, is certainly making a splash at SXSW this year. Monitor Mix blogger Carrie Brownstein interviewed label co-founder Todd Novak to find out more about their sound, their system, and their mission. Her post includes songs from HoZac bands Dum Dum Girls, Wizzard Sleeve, Woven Bones, Fresh & Onlys, Girls At Dawn, and Rayon Beach, all of which are playing at SXSW this week. [Blog: Monitor Mix]
