This image provided by NASA taken early Friday morning Nov. 5, 2010 shows Hurricane Tomas approximately 175 miles west of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and moving northeast near 9 mph. Tomas strengthened to a Category One Hurricane overnight with maximum sustained winds now at 80 mph with higher gusts.
