Jimmy Fallon Is Still Lovable Over At His Mostly Unsung Late Night Show

Thanks to Best Week Ever for pointing out this lovely clip featuring Jimmy Fallon and his staff preparing the "Twitter song" that appeared on the show after being requested by a fan. (The song is called "Black Thought's Favorite Dinosaurs," Black Thought being a member of The Roots, Fallon's band.)

I like the insight into the way comedy takes shape, I like the glimpse at the collaboration between the rest of the staff and The Roots, and I continue to have a great big soft spot for Jimmy Fallon and this warmly goofy program. I can't possibly be the only person much more interested in the 12:30 a.m. shows (Fallon and Craig Ferguson) than in the 11:30 p.m. shows (Leno and Letterman).

At any rate: well played, Jimmy Fallon and staff.
