Many of you have asked about video game coverage, and because we enjoy lengthy weekend outings together and can always stand a little more kicking in our lives, we obliged this week with a rundown of how our big game day went — quiz games, fighting games, and a horribly misbegotten experiment with cooperating (yuck).

We also talk a little bit about leftover Grammy Award matters including the big love for Merge Records, and we welcome our esteemed producer Mike Katzif for a discussion of IFC's Portlandia, the sketch comedy for people who are simultaneously annoyed by and oddly drawn to places where freegans flourish.

Naturally, we get into the matter of what's making us happy this week.

As always, you can follow us on Twitter: follow me, Stephen,Trey,Glen and Mike, and we'll do our best to keep you entertained. You can also find us on Facebook, where we take topic suggestions, answer questions, and lots more.
