As you know if you follow our show, Glen Weldon is our resident comics guy, and this week, we let him take us on a magical journey through the rebooted DC Comics universe. All of us — including our esteemed producer, Mike Katzif — read some comics, featuring both well-known characters (Superman) and lesser-known characters (Mr. Terrific). We talked about our responses, about whether we might revisit the whole thing, and about a theory Glen has about who is the real intended audience for this relaunch.

Turnabout is fair play, so after we talk about having read comics for Glen, we chat about the fact that we made Glen and Trey watch football for us. How did they feel about renowned hottie Aaron Rodgers? How did they feel about the ads? What about the actual football? We'll get into it.

And finally, it's all about what's making us happy this week, including a surprisingly good episode of Saturday Night Live, Trey's rant about wanting a new iPhone (which we taped before the sad loss of Steve Jobs, obviously, so don't be jarred by the tone), and whatever else is making us smile.

As always, we count on you to stay in touch, so join us on Facebook, or follow us on Twitter: me, Trey, Glen, Stephen, and our esteemed producer, Mike Katzif.
