September 9, 2011 104,1's Tam Eastley recently stumbled upon a strange little German Dorffestival: the annual Rixdorf Strohballenrolle, or Hay Barrel Rolling Festival. The streets were littered with hay, ska music, petting zoo goats, and breakdancing children. The festival is celebrating its 178th year Saturday, September 10th.
